Turn Key Design for Interiors
Every client has a unique set of design goals and preferences that will make their home special. We thoroughly interview clients so that we feel we have an in depth understanding of their specific needs, concerns, and likes/dislikes, and ultimate desire for their home.
By taking more time in the beginning to understand the clients, it assures no unexpected surprises. You are prepared with pictures and samples along the design process, and have an understanding of the future look of your home, as you have made choices based on the knowledge of seeing elevations, floor plans, renderings, and finish samples of items. We make suggestions but do not push the clients towards choices they are not comfortable with.
Design Fees:
CMR Interiors works with a flat fee based on the entire scope of the project.
Client Process:
Although every client ends up with space uniquely their own, the procedure in which we work is the same for all of our clients:
First Meeting:
- We discuss our process and how we work as a firm
- Discuss the time frame, compare expectations, and discuss the investment
- Interview of the clients, to uncover their particular likes/dislikes, and specific needs
Second Meeting:
- Meet for Design Consultation at clients home
- More questions and interviewing for an accurate scope reflected on the contract
We like to see the shell of the space and what remodeling--if any-- needs to be completed. We look at client’s collection of furniture that is to be kept. We will discuss design ideas and talk to the client about their home. By doing this and more, we are able to determine a more accurate contract from seeing what we are working with, what condition the current materials and furnishings are in.
Contract Meeting:
- Meet to discuss contract, clients signs and gives payment to commence work
- Working in a specific order, expediting the details of project. This can be different for each client.
- Show pictures and samples to verify client style preferences
Implementation (Pre-Construction) :

- Work with architect and client to prepare building plans
- Choose all details for the project such as lighting, plumbing fixtures, trim profiles, tiles, flooring, door styles
